Our workshops are tailor made with the emphasis on mind-body connection, stress-management strategies and relaxation techniques, as well as natural remedies that help with self-management of fibromyalgia symptoms. We promise to give you an interactive and fun learning experience with the benefits of continued support.
Mindfulness Practice Stress management is key to coping with fibromyalgia and mindfulness meditation is a practice that is proven to encourage relaxation and stimulate the body’s natural healing ability. We offer regular meditation courses with guided breathing techniques which help to support and regulate the nervous system. Our very popular mindfulness movement with music, either seated or standing, helps you to move intuitively whilst gently stretching, exercising the body and improving posture, all at your own pace to give maximum benefits to reduce fibromyalgia stiffness and pain.
